Natalie Mendez brings her extensive trial experience and South Florida roots to Wolfson & Leon's Fort Lauderdale office. A Miami native and fluent Spanish speaker, Natalie served five years as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office. There, she prosecuted serious violent crimes, including homicides, attempted homicides, robberies, sexual batteries, domestic violence cases, and burglaries. Natalie developed into a seasoned trial attorney, with her final seven felony trials all ending in guilty verdicts.
Before becoming a prosecutor, Natalie worked with the Honorable Mariano Ariel Corcilli at his law firm prior to his judicial appointment. Under his mentorship, she gained hands-on experience in personal injury plaintiff work and criminal defense. From high school through law school, she spent seven years helping injured clients in cases involving car accidents, slip and falls, and negligent security.
A loyal double Gator, Natalie completed both her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (2017) and her Juris Doctor (2020) at the University of Florida.
Today, Natalie proudly serves clients throughout Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, bringing her dedication, compassion, and trial skills to Wolfson & Leon's Personal Injury practice.
