Diana Usten completed her law degree at Pace University School of Law in 2015.
In law school, Ms. Usten excelled in the immigration externship clinic where she focused on serving underprivileged populations by defending them in their religious/political asylum and withholding cases and cancellation of removal of immigrant women, children, and abuse victims.
After graduation, Ms. Usten honed her litigation skills at several mid-sized plaintiff's firms in New York City. Her practice consisted of personal injury, PIP/No-fault defense, motor vehicle and premise liability. She has defended doctors, medical providers, and rehabilitation centers against insurance carriers. Ms. Usten also has experience in workers compensation law where she represented employees who were injured on the job, with a focus on representing corrections officers and transit employees at mediations and trials.
Ms. Usten is duly admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
