Alina Hart, Esq.

Hailing from Miami, Florida, Ms. Hart's journey through life has been marked by academic excellence and a commitment to justice. She graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida State University in 2000, attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics. Her thirst for knowledge led her to pursue a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, where she successfully earned her law degree in 2003. Throughout her time in law school, she displayed a fervent dedication to assisting underrepresented communities, first as an Equal Justice Works fellow at Farmworker Legal Services of Michigan and later as a Certified Legal Intern at Legal Services of North Florida. Ms. Hart commenced her legal career at an in-house law firm serving an automobile insurance company, devoting nearly two decades to representing insurance carriers and their insureds in all facets of litigation. The year 2023 marked a significant turning point in her career, as she chose to advocate for the injured and guide her clients through the intricate web of litigation while championing their rights. In her moments of respite, Ms. Hart wholeheartedly devotes her time to her husband, two children, and their beloved Old English Sheepdog.
